  We have been Serving sports enthusiast since 1986. We currently own and operate 3 shops in the Midwest. We know that internet shopping is a poor substitute for handling an item and trying it on. Therefore, we will give as much information as possible to make an educated decision. We also want you to have the peace of mind knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund. Order with confidence using our secure web page with (SSL) encryption to ensure the security and privacy of your information. Our policy is simple: If you are not fully satisfied with your Skatehaven purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund using the procedure below within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in original unused condition for a full refund.

Return Procedure: Please follow the steps below to help process your return/exchange quickly and effortlessly.

Step 1 - Read our return policy - and make sure the item you are returning is: - Purchased at skatehaven.com - Purchased in the last 15 days. - Has all packaging, labels, manuals and any other materials that come with the product. Is in new condition, and ready for resale. - Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. Videos must be unopened. Shoes must not be worn and include original undamaged packaging. Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels that would prevent the resale of the shoe. To avoid damaging shoeboxes, wrap or package the boxes before shipping. All skateboards must be unskated and in new condition. No skateboard or snowboard is completely guaranteed. Once the deck has been used it cannot be returned or refunded.

Step 2 – For a return authorization number. Please call our toll free # 877-477-5883 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5p.m. Monday through Saturday. Or Email Info@skatehaven.com. Enclose a copy of your packing slip, and a brief note on the return or exchange of the item(s). If the item is to be exchanged then please be sure to list the item desired.

Step 3 - Sending the return to us. Carefully wrap or box the item. Be sure to include the packing slip and write the RA# on the outside of the package. Then address, insure, and send your return to:

Please ship via: USPS priority mail or insured mail, UPS, FedEx or other express carrier. Skatehaven will not be responsible for expedited return shipping charges, or COD's. You are responsible for your order until it’s delivered to our door. If it becomes lost, or delivered to the wrong address, we cannot credit your item. If your return is damaged in route regardless of liability-we cannot credit your return. Please ENSURE your return/exchange and use a shipping method that provides tracking or delivery confirmation.

* Original and return shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
