Thought you saw DC’s Manteca shoe on the slopes last year? You did— we turned the Manteca into the PHASE so we could take it to the mountains. We built the upper out of synthetic leather, and used water-resistant mesh panels to reduce the PHASE’s overall weight. The tongue and calf areas have padded neoprene to provide comfortable movement, while a non-slip footbed inside the PHASE helps secure the new BASIC LINER in place. The cup sole is made of abrasion-resistant sticky rubber., and the multi-tone bottom has DC’s trademarked “pill” pattern. The PHASE’s functional sole design grants great traction and grip in the snow.
